There's not much you can do with coffee when you don't have milk in it.

I have bought some poppy and sesame crackers to snack on at work instead of lots of sugary biscuits.

I might give the flavours a go.
Do you think it will work as well in decaf?

The crackers are something I used to eat a lot of, but had forgotten about them til I spotted them on the shelf today. Got some S&V rice cakes too.

I've been eating everything in sight because of my low mood lately. I got through a whole box of biscuits in 10 mins yesterday morning

I have gone for a real change with my shopping this week in hope that it will help me to do better. I even bought Pom bears instead of Nik naks.

I know. I did think of her when I picked them up in the shop. I'll be good though and share if she wants, as that means there is less temptation for me to eat them
