I often have trouble controling the twins - bread and butter- they insist on squashing crisps between them rather than salad or other healthy stuff. There's just no telling them

Im just making a ww curry for me and the hubster! Oh and a bought a bottle of ww wine today to see what its like

like they say lifes a b***h and then you die - so make the most of it while your here.

If you make a curry hot enough you pass it out quite quick and that will take pounds off you.

The ww wine wasnt too bad. A tad on the sweet side but better than i thought it would be.

They do very nice chicken balls and fab beef in black bean sauce

I had been ill since early morning but game wasnt too good but felt so ill i wasn't bothered.

Ive got a season ticket too but i wouldn't go to stoke but at the end of the day its only a game and ill still go next year.
