sooo hard - girl at work brought in leftovers from her party she had at the weekend - not good, sausage rolls, quiche etc etc etc etc - did help the salad go down nicely

I thought id lose a bit more weight working full time but it gets worse!

its even worse when the kids in class bring you stuff - i always say thanks and take it to the staff room and let others eat it.

They should make ww birthday cakes! And ww party food!

Life would be far better because you could eat as much party food and cake as you wanted and still keep in your points!

you would have thought they could have invented fat free everything by now - especially with obesity being such a big issue for the nhs etc.

Since ive been doing ww i take more notice of whats in my food and i just cant believe the rubbish they put in things!

why do they make crap taste sooooo good? if they made tasty diet food it wouldnt be so hard.

Yea but rubish is good and i am not sure that i trust anyones opinions anymore that is experts on this subject as one minute they say something is bad for you then they say that they have now found out that this particular thing is ok and not what they originally thought then they say that somethings that have always been good for you can cause a disease and you should now eat with caution.

I just do not know anymore.

Everything in moderation i think and i also beleive your body tells you what you want and need.

I've just had my first weigh-in at slimming world and i have lost 3 and a half pounds this week! im soo chuffed!!
