Im not being strict with myself as I should be. I think all the work I'm doing is making me more hungry but not burning off any calories. Its so frustrating. I only need to lose 17 more pounds Rolling Eyes

can i just say i bought some scales last week, and i got on them this morning and ive lost 2lb and allive done is change what i eat for lunch at work and swapped the extra strong for sugar free mints - i'm well chuffed.
