blimy val just hope the person who found your bag was poor and in need of the food, my mom is always leaving the grill on and my brother goes mad.

my mate who is 68 went to wash his hands in the bathroom , the dog was playing up so he took it down stairs forgot about the sink filling with water, then he heard a noise coming from the kitchen ping / pong . it was water pooring through the ceiling down the light fitting and onto pots and pans his wife went mad and they never spoke for a couple of weeks which made him very happy , the bathroom has never looked so clean lol.......................

clara is really upset today her hamster, flo, has just died!!!! another for the pet cemetry in the garden.

Poor thing ill break the news to Kelly,give her a big kiss and cuddle from me.

must admit it wasnt pleasent as clara went to clean her out she was writhing around as if in pain, we put her back and a little while later she was most certainly a gonner!
poor clara got quite hysterical, would have been easier if she had just found her dead.

Oh gosh dawn,how old is clara? I think thats why i dont want pets,cos i couldnt deal with the kids getting so upset when they die.

clara will be 11 in january - she might be a pain in the proverbial but she is a real softy when it comes to fluffy things - she's worse than me!

Morning all

Guess who's b***dy boiler has broken down on the coldest weekend we have had this year, and just before christmas when we can least afford it.

We have got the kids tonight because Lorna is working and we have borrowed a plug in radiator from someone we know for that room but the bathroom was decidely nippy this morning and of course we have got no hot water so having to use the shower to have a wash and boil the kettle to wash pots etc

Good job we have got gas fires in the living room else we would be frozen solid by know.
I have had to rummage round the house this morning and have found an old fan heater and a hot water bottle

I keep telling myself it is not the end of the world and can be fixed but I am sitting here shivering well p****d off.

Cripes stella, hope it gets fixed soon. It is so cold and meant to be getting colder

Not the type of weather you want this to happen i hope you get it fixed soon.

shame stella about the boiler that happened to us a few years ago - ver inconvenient and you quickly forget how used you become to things like central heating.

Hi Stella have you managed to get the boiler fixed??? we had that happen to us a few years ago I was 10 months preg with my second (now 2 1/2) and the combi boiler kept breaking and it was freezing had to have british gas twice and each time the boiler would start working again it turn out to be a dodgy ectric cicuit in the end

why is it that when you feel really really down everybody makes it worse by shouting at you and making you feel really small????????
