I cant stop moaning at work. Its terrible. I'm in danger of getting a reputation as being a miserable so and so.

anyway i did go doctors after a night of complete agony and was told its inflamation of the, wait for it..... sacro iliac joint. There, sounds impressive dont it???? have even more painkillers and they are actually making a difference.

KT, have done some stretching excercises in yoga like that and they do help.

i cant bear bad manners and will not even respond to the kids in class if they dont remember to say please or thankyou. amazing how quick they pick up good manners so i dont understand why some parents dont teach them.

I dont like it when people drop litter on the floor. That really bugs me

My oldest Alex has been known to go up to adults in the street and tell them to pick there litter up amazingly they always do and he has yet to come with a black eye, but then he is only 5 and if a child tells you off you don't half feel very small and silly, if i said the same thing i'm sure that i would get a mouthful off them.

If he does'nt go up to them he says in a very load voise "mummy look at that man/lady they threw their rubbish on the floor and thats naughty", they do look guilty as you go by.

Hi val, i tried pear cider on monday evening ,it was very nice actually....it was called koppaburg i think. . I'm wondering if I'm all out of moans at work now,as i didnt really complain about anything today either.

kyle my eldest grandson drinks that he gave me some to try it was realy nice it does us good to have a moan

i knew spud from years ago sidsbeargirl he was such a lovely and funny bloke,such a shame he felt that way.couldnt face going to his funeral though.buried and cremated far too many loved ones and friends lately.
