I can make fruit taste like chocolate.

Use a choc fountain and get some strawberries dip them in the chocolate and there you have it.

Been there done that, got the full collection of books, points calculator and all the gizmos and crap you can get, the sweets are rank! Didn't help me but when I went back after a few weeks off I had lost 4st thanks to the NHS (best way to lose weight is to eat the shocking food they give you! and I guess hit a car head on on your bike at 80mph Embarassed

) got my little keyring bounce

now almost all back on but its going again slowly, the best thing about weight watchers is the education in food stuffs.

Its not just the paying to be weighed for me. its the social event, swapping tips, getting help and advice on bad days and how to change things to get out of ruts/bad habits, and the main thing for me is having the motivation to stick to it cos I know i gotta tell a room full of people (plus the leader) how bad/well iv done this week. I lost 3 stone doing it by myself but lost all focus and motivation and put alot of it back on. Im now 16lbs from goal and i havnt been this thin since i was at SCHOOL!! Spending half of your life miserable due to your health and weight takes away time you can never get back. This is ME doing something ABOUT it. I also have enough money to spend on investigations Razz

I invested in some new scales that measure your BMI, water and weight!
They are really good and when you see your body fat going down its an extra boost to keep you going Wink

I have a kellogs pedometer thing that tells you how many steps, miles etc and it shoes you your body shape. Very round, slightly round and they were the only 2 sizes iv seen on it, till i did mine yesterday and it showed THIN!!! I nearly cried!!

My highest BMI was 40 affraid

I am now at.......27!! Yay!! Gotta get between 20-25 Shocked
