I have a thing about black and white cows (not brown ones) and because i am a tad on the daft side everyone calls me a crazycow

yea if it could speak it could tell you a story or two.

Id be asking it a few questions like
Why is the bad stuff so nice? or How come the bad stuff doesnt make you thin?
And why cant fruit taste like chocolate?

I can make fruit taste like chocolate.

Use a choc fountain and get some strawberries dip them in the chocolate and there you have it.

Been there done that, got the full collection of books, points calculator and all the gizmos and crap you can get, the sweets are rank! Didn't help me but when I went back after a few weeks off I had lost 4st thanks to the NHS (best way to lose weight is to eat the shocking food they give you! and I guess hit a car head on on your bike at 80mph ) got my little keyring now almost all back on but its going again slowly, the best thing about weight watchers is the education in food stuffs.

Yea i would say that why pay for losing weight i would rather pay for a ghost watch.

yes i sopose that is true as i think that you do need encouragement when you are doing things like that.

I don't do weight watchers, but I have lost 1 kilo this week!

I'll have to research the answer for you tots, as the scales at the gym only give kilos, and i'm useless at conversions

Ok 1 kilo is 2.2 pounds.

I invested in some new scales that measure your BMI, water and weight!
They are really good and when you see your body fat going down its an extra boost to keep you going
