I have realised today, that when you lose a significant amount of weight, you have to remember that, not only your clothes become too big, so does you underwear. Iv had to replace most of mine cos its annoying as anything Neutral

I actually lost this week thank god, after putting on for the past few weeks Crying or Very sad

I also lost my record card and I'm well gutted. Im hoping somebody found it and handed it in. Rolling Eyes

well i have to admit i am totaly useless - i caved in and had a samosa at lunchtime - 3 of the ladies at work have birthdays and they brought treats in - but i did ignore the cheesecake and banoffe pie. pale

Why is that a failure? You chose NOT to eat all three treats and you had one you really fancied. I would say WELL DONE for having the willpower to say no to the puddings. I would have caved to them (actually i did cave tonight, after weigh in i ate choc sponge with choc custard Crying or Very sad

I have put on this week. This is my first time I have gained weight since on ww.

I seem to lose weight really well for the first 2 weeks then i dont lose any for ages! Thats when i start putting it back on again. I get hacked off because i stick to it and nothing happens.
Ive lost half a stone in 2 weeks and its my "face the scales day" on Monday again. Ive been really good this week so if i dont lose any this time im affraid girls your gonna have to put up with the moaning Crying or Very sad

I lost just over 3 stone with ww 2 years ago when i got married but ive slowly been putting it back on. I just want to be like on my wedding photos again.
I no i can do it but its just pants when i doesnt happen as quick as you would like it to Crying or Very sad

Ive done really well today tooooo

ive had 4 pastries and some bread sticks with thousand island dressing 4 mini quiches,half a tub of crisps,16 kebabs on scewers,pepers,cheeserolls,tartlets and wine orange juice and olives and dips.
