| Its not wasted, its balanced out. I have been to the gym therefore I can eat sweets.
Unlike some people I am happy with my body and don't go to the gym to loose weight, but for something to do. | |

| You could be depressed and fat like me. Then when you are not in the gym, you are eating sweets. Cancels each other out so you never make any progress.
I was much happier when I was in hospital and not eating. Lost lots then. Then as soon as i got my appitite back WHAM its all back on again. | |
