Ive lost 2lb this week! Im quite pleased with myself because as you all no i had a mad moment with a slice of cheese cake!

To tone the facial muscles, do "ooooo, eeeeeee, aaaaaaaa" to extreme on a regular basis. You look like a weirdo but it tones your face Very Happy

Ok, weigh in results. Bearing in mind it was bank holiday, and my youngests birthday, and David Tennant on a cake was WAY too much to resist........

I lost 5 lbs!! I am now within reach of my goal weight and I am at a weight I have not been at since I was at school!!

I also had my navel re-pierced today cos Im hoping I wont catch it this time on my fat Shocked

I would just like to share my tea with you all.... cos it is yumptious!

Home made pizza.. (4 to 4 1/2 points on ww)

Wholemeal pitta bread, spread with tomato puree (or passata) then topped with onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, 40g asda "good for you" italian mozzerella and a sprinkling of italian herbs. Bung it in the oven for 10 mins or so and bingo! I miss pizza but this is DELISH!!! Tastes dead posh tongue

Actually, my son and I love to bake. When im in the mood I make allsorts of weight watchers foods or even Rosemary connely stuff which is yummy AND low fat! I love her banana and sultana cake. No fat, but there is sugar in it. If I have time, I may make one tomorro and bring it in the evening Very Happy

I made ww lemon drizzle cake ages ago which was very nice.

My hubby is the cook in our house. He makes a lovely carrot cake and makes amazing ww chilli burgers Wink

The drizzle cake sounds scrummy, mind you, so do the burgers. I love chilli burgers, I used to have them at peppers pantry, a cafe near the walkway over to lewis' years ago. They were LUSH!!

I must say that i was quite shocked today when i was working out points from yesterday. (went over by half a point so i wasnt happy)

At the gym ive started having Lucozade Hydro drinks to give me a bit of a boost and get my water levels up (as you do) and when i put the cals and stuff in they worked out at 3 points per bottle Shocked

Can you believe it? A chuffin water drink aswell thats ment to be good for you!

Good grief! I would rather spend the 3 points on summat else! I would take your own juice drink from now on if I were you! Mind you, if you are anything like me, I couldnt eat all of my points in a day when I had more. I have just dropped down a point so it wont be long before Im struggling to keep my daily allowance in check Neutral

I feel like a school kid. I have just made up a tub of cooking stuff so I can make the cake at work. Ingredients all bagged up and everything lol!
