Last night has knocked me for six.

well im not surprised with the hours you work and so little sleep its bound to catch up with you.

Like I said before. All you need to do to loose a bit of weight is eat less (or better) and move around more.

I can't be bothered with the extra shopping a diet requires so I just plan healthy meals for during the day and then hit the gym 2-3 times a week and slowly its working.

Rapid weight loss gained through a diet doesn't work effectively anyway, as soon as you stop it will go back on because it hasn't been lost in the correct way.

And why pay someone to tell you how much you weigh. Save the money and treat yourself to new gear when you shed the pounds naturally

I go for starve myself for a couple of weeks not the best way to keep it off but it is a short term solution.

well i've started my healthier eating plan i've had rice crispies for brekkie, banana at playtime, chicken and salad for lunch, 1 tiny little choccie(gift from a kid in my class) and ive just had a reduced size portion of chicken curry and rice - so far so good

she likes moams and i wouldnt classify her as heavy, same with trace - i wouldnt mind looking like them.

Im not massive but im not far off! Some people are just nice but still think they are big, but its how you feel about yourself

you are all the way you are and if you are happy about yourself then there is no need to change for anyone else. but if you are not then go ahead and help yourself feel better.

My wake up call was the belt going up another hole and looking back at my wedding photos 2 years agao.
I want to enjoy my kids and not be the mum sitting down saying
"sorry sweetheart mummy cant go on the swing coz my bum wont fit in"

Kids say what they feel and they are honest. Best way sometimes!

mine was seeing photos of myself at my dads - he put them on the tv and i know the widescreen didnt help but crickey i look crap - ive always been big and i dont care what other people think of my size(apart from when swimming), but i do need to do it for my health!
