| I eat other stuff too, but those are a few of my faves.
When I was first diagnosed I had to cut out fruit and veg to control my IBS. That was real hard as they made up most of my diet. | |

| Morning all well i am afraid that you will have to wait untill the New Walk ghost watch in November but I will make my healthy choc cake which is made with natural yogurt not that you can taste it.
