A full blown apparition has been seen and glasses have been broken infront of customers and broken plates have turned up out of nowhere in the cellars.

We do have a discription of the ghost and I sensed it before we were told of the spirit the Landlord has seen it and he is a sceptic but as i told him he confided in me what he had witnessed and now has started to think about it.
He is looking forward to us coducting the investigation.
