Ive had a headache for 4 days now and it will not go away so im feeling crap.

sounds like it's probably a tension headache Lee or a migraine, hope it clears up soon tho as they're a nightmare to live with.

is it me or does this week seem to be going really quick?

Hi Lee if you've had a headache for that long then try lying down in a quiet darkish room with a bag of peas wrapped in a tea towel and put it on the back of your neck for a while (don't use the peas after doing this) it helps to slow the blood rushing to the head giving the bodies natural defences time to react.

I know it sounds strange but it does work I have a damaged skull and this is what my specialist get me to do when the pain is out of control the other thing which works when you have not got time to lie down is the gel things that you put on kids foreheads when they have a temperature its much more comfortable than a bag of peas!!!!.

The meeting was very good last night lots sorted and decent conversing throughout, thank you to everyone that came.

Hey Tots keep smiling and remeber renting may be a little longer than you were expecting but the right house is out there and you will find it.

We've lost a bedroom in the house we are renting which is nearer the school but gained a garage which will be my store room for boxes that are not being unpacked and i have told hubby no car stuff is going in the garage it can go in the shed!!!! so far he's agreed .

yay im finally back online taken a few weeks but so glad to be able to get back on the forum drove me crackers.
Im really sorry i didnt get to the meeting last night but Ian was working late and didnt get home on time to say I was cheesed off was an understatement glad lots was sorted though and im really looking forward to tomoz night. Hope everyone is well and destressed now see u all soon Nat x
