The Ghosts of Falstaffs

The Heanor Spiritualist Circle, who preside over most of the Midnight Vigils, have awarded a certificate stating that it is one of the most haunted properties in Britain (a fact that has been confirmed by dozens of other psychics, mediums and paranormal investigators) with over 40 spirits roaming the building.

Barely a day goes by without at least one customer reporting some kind of paranormal activity. Customers by day and by night get their hands held, their heads touched, pushed, prodded, they experience ‘cold spots’ and some are lucky (or unlucky) enough to actually see one of our spirits.

Regularly met ghosts include William Shrieve (the first known owner of the property), John Davies (a rather unpleasant spirit who, in life, is believed to have had a penchant for rape and murder) and Lucy (the spirit of an eight year old girl who likes to rearrange the museum at night).
