Old Aylestone Social Club 9th May 2008.
First of all thank you very much to the landlord and his lovely wife for letting us go and the fantastic food. And a big thank you to all of you that went.
First of all some of us went round in the light taking pictures and I for one got some orbs so I for one was well impressed. While waiting for everyone to go home we had a lovely supper and chatted with the rest of the group having a very social drink. When Lee arrived he told me that he had a couple of names that his guide had told him during the day so were we going to hear from them? There names were Flo and Ida. A couple of us felt pains in our heads in one of the ladies toilets and when you left there the pain goes. But one lady felt sick and her head still ached to the point of taking tablets.
Lee opened us up in the pool area and straight away a lady called Ida told a lady that she didn’t like her. Lee was drawn to the concert room so that’s where we started our investigation. We all sat on individual tables and tried table tipping. Lot of us felt cool breezes down one side of our bodies. One gentleman on our table was touched and pulled backwards also a strong smell of tobacco could be smelt just like pipe tobacco. A large shadow could be seen in front of a door way with another one crouched down behind a couple of ladies. One gentleman was channelled in here but he look very old and crouched over but he wouldn’t talk to us but when we mentioned a name he knocked his knuckles on the table. Whilst waiting to see if we could get anymore information out of him I was asked in a strong voice “are you ok” but on asking around no one had spoke to me and someone else across the room had heard it too, also Val had been stood next to me and she had heard it as well.
After a break we split up into four groups to do the two sets of ladies and gents toilets, these were situated around the club. In ladies toilet number one we picked up on a pair of yellow eyes looking out of the third toilet also a shadow of a man could be seen walking up and down but stopping before the last one like it wasn’t meant to go any further. A couple of us felt sick in here to the point where you could actually taste it. We changed positions and one man said it was following us around he felt it wasn’t a nice man and he had the feelings of sexual thoughts which were coming from the spirit but they were not nice ones. We swapped round into the gents where the other group was but they hadn’t picked up much. We walked in and straight away saw a dark shadow standing near the door as though the spirit had followed us we picked up the name Robert, we felt very hot in there uncomfortably so and felt it had been used as something else like a Bakery with hot ovens, The same man had the same feelings in there which he didn’t like and on asking some of us was touched but the sexual feelings got so strong we decided to leave. In the other ladies toilets Lee was being channelled first by James who was upset because people used to laugh at him and call him names he was a grave digger but he only had one leg. Next to talk to us was a man called David who shouted at someone called Betty saying” leave it alone” .Another lady had her arm lifted up and she couldn’t put it down it felt like she was being pushed to the floor. We swapped round again and we went into the ladies Lee had just been in and they others moved to the other ones. We heard footsteps outside the door with something being dragged also it looked like smoked coming in under the door, we saw a light in one cubicle and we took a picture and on looking back we have an orb where the light was. We were also touched in there. Lee’s group went into the other ladies toilets where people were being pulled and pushed through the cubicle doors. In the middle cubicle some gentle was slouching and went the lights went on he was still moving forward and he didn’t know. Some mans cap was pulled off and Lee also had his torch pulled out his hand. They also got mental images of people being stupid and also of a church and crosses. They got the name Robert also was this place connected to an Asylum? Also they saw a pair of yellow eyes also. In the other gents toilets they had done a glass séance and had got lots of other information about the area. (If any one can remember the details Ill add it).You asked for info from the glass divination in the gents toilets.
A lady was standing away from the table observing what was happening. While watching I felt someone touching the necklace I was wearing. I left the room to check I wasn't imagining it, and as soon as I left it stopped.
I then returned and the feeling of having my necklace touched and stroked returned. Emma asked who was touching my necklace and if they meant to harm me. The response was Bill and that he meant me no harm. Two other spirits were present - Peter and Amy. Through questioning it was found that Bill was touching my necklace as he had stolen a locket from Amy when he had killed her.
We went back into the concert room to finish the investigation, one group started of with the glass, it moved around the table then they went on to try table tipping, the table started to move, it tipped up on one side but the glass stayed in the same place in the middle of the table it did it about 6-7 times then fell off. The other group did glass divination and got the names James and Robert, Ida and Flo.Got the year 1903 and yes there was a bakery there. They also got that there was stables there. Robert was a Rapist which tied in with the feelings on the gentleman in the toilets.
Some other details that came out during the night were of an Abattoir, convalesent home and the bakery again; also chains and a groan were heard. Some other information that has been found out since is that there was a farm called "sunnydene farm" up near the club and sanvy lane! Could this be a link to the abattoir and perhaps a bakery, certainly there would be stables there.
Once again for a new investigation it was a truly brilliant night.Im sorry if I’ve not got all the information down right but with having different groups it makes it harder to write but just let me know what I’ve missed and ill had it on.
