Community buildings such as bus stations and court houses,are all reservoirs of paranormal energy.
Old buildings such as these retain the electromagnetic energies of all the people who have passed through their doors over the years.
If a building was a place of constant activity it is very likely that a ghost would choose to reside there.
The huge open areas and lobbies are conducive to ghostly manifestations of all kinds and could easily become portals for any number of spirits and ghosts.
After years of activity these buildings and businesses may have found other uses and the ghost belong to other eras.
They may appear wearing clothes from another time period to startle unexpected visitors.

Remember when on an investigation try not to overlook areas that could have been very busy with activity. Check in rooms that could have served as offices,receptions or ticket booths.And always check out the basements and attics,as they could have had many other uses in the past.
