did you not see me at Galleries last week??? I bumped my head while sitting in the gallery, fell down a couple of steps when leaving the court room and then crashed into the divider in the corridor to the cells???? CLUMSY and that was before the spirits started on me

fran you really should take more water with it.

lee and crazy i do eat lots of fruit and veg and am on serious amounts of iron - in tablet form, but still not right = hence the haematologists on monday.

Good morning all you people, the sun is shining and we are now on BST roll on the warm days and lighter nights.

And thank god for who ever invented black out curtains for little terror tots!!!!!!

Stange thing in Zach's room this morning near where the window is there seemed be a haze/mist and i could feel something so I asked Zach if anyone was in the room with us and he said "Yes the man has come to say good morning and see if i ok" and when i ask why he wanted to know if he was ok Zach replied "mummy i fell out of bed last night don't you remeber" and then in the next breath went hes gone now.

Well i'm off to the gym now have'nt been for a few weeks so need to start being good again see you later..
