it's not too bad a day weather wise

Know how you feel Lee even though i was really bad all of last week and still bad now im going back doctors tomorrow i still managed to go work everyday last week even though i was told off for doing so but i felt that if i didnt go work i couldnt go out friday night sometimes you have to carry on no matter what.

Im dorcant meaning imnot at all well and i am now like Sarah and cannot talk what a laugh that will be when im on the desk at new Walk.

Hi Lee - you will just have to get a slate and some chalk and communicate that way with your public it could make for some interesting conversations!!!!!

As for what Fran says to take ecanachia is very good as it is a homeopathic remedy that helps to boost the immune system also for the throat a little lemon juice in hot water to drink (with some honey if you want) is good for soothing the soreness.

and last get yourself some vitamin tonic like seven seas to help build you back up and fight off all the bugs.

Thats what Doctor Nina would make you do and if that don't work then go and see the proper doctor

Oh dear poor Lee,ive now been back to the doctors and still have my virus but now ive got Tietze syndrome (Tietze syndrome is an inflammation of the costochondral cartilages of the upper front of the chest).Very painful when i move,breath,lie down and basically live.I could have it for weeks with only pain killers as i caint take anti inflams.Have got new asthma sprays as well to try and ease my breathing.It never rains when it pours does it.But life goes on and i shall be at work tomorrow.Dawn before i forget a very nice man from Toms group Dave i think his name is from belgrave asked how you were and sends his regards and to keep your chin up.How nice is that asking about you.

Oh No Sarah I hope you start to feel better soon. Remember to keep your chest warm and dont catch anything else. Stay away from everyone!!!!! failing that drink brandy at least that will make yo feel warm inside even if it does nothing for the virus......

I lost my voice at the footie on saturday but that was down to a crap ref

How daft am i . . I put the pasta on and i've been waiting for it to be ready....i just went in the kitchen to check it and realised i hadnt even put the pasta in the pan....it was just the water happily boiling away....

Fran burnt the pasta and the sauce pan and had to throw it away

reminds me of my youth

There's nothing like a good cd to take you right back to a different time is there....its quite amazing how a song can just take you back in an instant. Like certain smells....disinfectant always takes me back to when i was at nursery ...lol. And the smell of fresh apples remind me of when i was small and used to go with my mum when she worked 'on the land'

lol lol lighthouse family always lift my spirits up and take me back to my happier days

i also love walking by someones house when they have the tumble dryer on and sniffing the air ...fresh clothes mmmmmm

Oo yeah i like the smell of tumble dryers too lol
