Automatic writing

The most common form of automatism,Automatic writing is writing that does not come from the consciousmind and is done in an altered state of consciousness.
Some say that it is the help of spirit who are somehow able to manipulate a writing utensil in order to communicate.

Some researchers say automatic writing eminates from material in the persons subconscious mind or is obtained through ESP.

Many people have tried automatic writing to try to communicate with spirit.
The writing seems to appear larger and expansive than their usual writing.
Some people experience tingling in the hands and arms.

This is a good experiment to try and we might have to start to do it on investigations and see what happens.

i saw some chap doing this - he wrote backwards it was amusing to watch and i would like to see it again.
