take them straight out of the machine, give a really good shake and leave to dry, or put in tumble dryer and hey presto - i actually iron as i need to, which isn't that much.

Me too, apart from the shrinkable stuff of course.

Another top diet tip.....pom bears are still ok to eat on a diet, in moderation.

Absolutely. Either eat NOTHING else all day, or, exercise for 17 hours straight to burn it off. Shouldnt be a problem Cool

Thats the way. Plus, if you are in the habit of taking them on vigils, you will definately feel deprived if you have to stop, which may lead to you giving up easier.

Morning girls!
As you were talking about crisps last night i just wanted to no if you had heard of sunbites! They are wholegrain snacks.
Walkers make them and they are only 1 and a half points(only 116 calories!). They are very yummy and the best ones are sour cream and cracked black pepper Wink

I also discovered last night that a curley wurley is only 3 points and a little fudge bar is only 2!

i am going to try healthier eating, that way i wont feel a failure if i slip and have a packet of crisps or a bar of chocolate - although the choccie doesnt bother me too much - i still have chocolates that i was given at christmas.

Thats the spirit. If you cut down on fat, try to control your portions, have 3 healthy meals a day, and drink plenty of water (or sugar free cordial, I hate water),you can still have one or two snacks a day and not feel deprived. It will be worth it. Good luck Very Happy

Little changes make a big difference. I started cutting down on chocolate and sugar because they are my worst habits. I started dropping a pound or so a week but then i wanted to shed more so i joind weightwatchers!
