I'm raring to go today.
I'm off to the gym shortly for the second morning in a row this week, and then tonight I'm off out for a meal and then to see Harry Potter.

Not sure if I'm looking forward to the film though as I have heard mixed reviews and the Order of the Phoenix was pretty bad from the point of view of someone who has read the books.

Hey ho on with the day and hopefully lots of sales on ebay too!!

i have a question.........
why, when i ask my girls to tidy up all i get is moans, groans and arguments, yet they can shovel horse shite for 4 hours, get soaking wet and come home covered in mud and said horse shite and tell me they have had the most fantastic fun and want to do it all again tomorrow?

i'm not unintelligent but i still can't work this one out.
answers on a postcard please to 'Well Confused Mother of Glen Parva.'

i am considering covering their room in horse muck to see if it has the desired effect.

Dawn, that is the wonderment of children. Its something that is unanswerable, like, why is the sky blue? Why do birds fly and fish swim? The room covered in horse muck sounds like a plan though. Let me know if it works lol!

I have had the delivery of furniture Iv been waiting for. Its all flat packed (8 boxes) and smells of waxed pine. Keys a week today (fingers crossed) cheers

Hey all. Had a constructive day today. Had a fight with a 15 foot buddliea bush and won, papered, painted and carpeted a toilet (the room not the actual loo) and papered a bit more of the living room. All at my mums. Few scratches and cuts from the bush between the 3 of us that attacked it, but it is down, just a HUUUUUGE trunk base to try and dig out now. Plod ever onwards tomorrow.

Dawn I'l make sure the kettle is unpacked first Wink
