Interesting debate.

Somebody spoke to me today and asked about reincarnation and if i beleived in it. If i did then because of karma (what goes around comes around)and this does not have to be in this life time that karma comes into play then could a gay person find their mate because of this reason.

For example 2 people in a previous life are soul mates and in this life they somehow find each other.but in the new life they are both of the same sex.
But because they were soul mates in their last life they have now found each other in the new life.

This could also explain about bi-sexuals if in their previous life they were man and woman but now being reincarnated one of them has changed sex.Then in reality in body they are one sex but in the soul they are another.This would make a confusion in inner body ethrics.

This really did make me think about what this person had asked me and i thought i would tender it out to debate as i think it is a really good question.

I supose this is why it is all called the paranormal as nobody knows.

I could not answer this question but it did make me think and say yes i supose it could be.

And do we get "de ja vous" because we really have been at that point in time before but maybe not as ourselves?

Yes this could be the case and its just as i have been thinking.

When you get your head around what this person asked it really does make you think and then it is very deep.

hhhmmmm.....reincarnation....not sure bout that as its 'presented' (not on here but in general!)...could also be some sort of channeling/tapping into the big 'cosmic memory/conciousness' thing/some kind of genetic memory etc.....and thats going on the 3d conception of time...getting off onto other stuff poses the possibilities of everything happening 'now'....no 'time' etc,even more to think about so not sure on 'reincarnation' as defined by the soul having a series of lives in a timeline etc....
Also not sure about 'soul mates'....
But......I've got no idea reallyso why not?
Think theres far more/less to it than that tho....regarding the gay/bisexual thing in general but it could maybe explain a few circumstances etc....
and if it makes people happy then why not!

Hmmm....deja vu's are like something half remembered but fully known at the time...very interesting....someone described them to me lately as 'glitches in the matrix'....which made me smile hehehehehe!

I have been having a different interesting thought,but its taken a while for me to get the right words to explain what i'm thinking. Regarding past lives,and the memories of being somewhere you know you havent been before......
What if,..its not your memories but actually its memories of your spirit people,even your spirit guide. As you can hear your guide at times,maybe you can pick up on their memories too. Or, if you go to a new place,maybe its your spirit folk's voices actually saying to you 'oh i've been here before. Round this corner there's a statue' or something. And so when you do go round a corner and see it,it really makes you surprised because you knew it was going to be there.
And,....maybe thats how you can find your way around new places. ....does that make sense?

My mum passed awway when Jack was just a few days old, both myself, jack and my sister were with her at the time. Jack has an awful lot of my mums traits, looks and mannerisms. My mum also had green eyes she was the only one in the family who had. Jack was born with blue eyes, by the time he had turned 1 he had green. Same green as my mum. He is now the only one of the family with green eyes.

My Dad passed away while i was pregnant with jacob, again i was with him at the time. And Jacob has alot of my dad about him.

so could some of my mum & dads spirit passed to them ???

Just popped on quick while my dinner cooks. Reincarnation, mmmm, not sure on this one. I suppose if the spirit is energy and the world and everything in it is made up of energy then yes, you could re-enter into a new life, but if that is the case why is it that some spirits haunt places. Why have they not be reincarnated? Tricky one.

The dejavouis (not sure I have spealt that right) I think it is not reincarnation or spirit but a genetic memory from your ancestors. It could go way back but because it is in your genes it sometimes surfaces. I think I said before on one of the other topics that sometimes you have an irational fear of something for no reseaon. Could this again be a genetic memory from one of your ancestors? I don't know, interesting topic though, gives you a lot to think about.

my grandmother died when i was pregnant with my oldest daughter, but my younger one, clara, was born the day after what was my grandmothers birthday and even my husband said when she was born that she was the spiting image of my grandmother and she has sooo many of her traits, especially her stubbornness!
