hi all im so fed up started my diet today i hate diets! but im determind ill stick it (for at least a week) its ok coz i have been at home all day today but the min i go out and see greggs im a lost cause sob sob its so much easier being preg i can get fat and its ok. i want a snickers.........help i need words of encouragement peeps lol

aww nat....in your mind, picture a snickers bar at one end of a wide room, and your baby right at the other end....then imagine you can only choose to go to one of them....sounds a bit weird but give it a try .

thanx for tip i did try only one prob when i imagine it the baby is puking and pooing and makes me gain 20 stone lol and the snickers is nice & quiet and only leaves me with an extra 2lb gain dont think its working lol.
