Have you tried any herbal type medicine and have they worked or do you know of anyone who has and what were their symptoms and did it work for them.

This is one of the topics that is very controversial as some agree and some do not but if they work then that is all that we are interested in.

we do know that most things have side effects and this is why modern medicine does not accept this type of diagnosis but i do know if i was ill and modern medicine could not cure me if a herb medicine did then i would take it.

I have lots of info on suggested herbal remedies, but have tried very few.

One thing that I do use though is Blackberry Vinegar when I have a cold. It works really well and I no longer take lemsip etc.

Just dilute a teaspoon of Blackberry Vinegar in a mug of hot water and drink. You can have as much as you feel you need during the day. I usually feel 90% better after the second cup

I take milk thistle the day before i have a drink also during that day and the day after and guess what no hangover or felling yuky so it does work.

I use to suffer from really bad headaches, and tried Feverfew, that seemed to take the edge of the headaches and make them bearable.

also take arnica tablets and use arnica cream, both of which are very good.

and when jacob was tiny i use to give him chamomile tablets to calm him down and they really did the trick
