Ive been quite bad this week and havent stuck to it like i should have but i went on the scales today and ive lost 5lb

I lost over 3 stone when i got married 2 years ago and im slowly putting it all back on. Im really not happy with how i am now but instead of moaning about it (as i do) ive gone back on to weightwatchers. Its only been about 5 weeks (on and off) but ive lost just over half a stone!
Its been quite hard especially with it being easter.
Im a chocoholic!

i did weight watchers a few years ago and lost 3 stone and still had 'tonnes' to lose but as always i put it back on and more and i saw piccies of myself yesterday at my dads and i look gross but all it does is send me to the chocolate box

Photos are bad. Saying that though thats what made me go back to ww. I saw myself on my wedding photos and i did look lovely and i just want to look like that again
You can do it! You just need a push like i did!

I know I need to loose weight too, but I can't see the point in paying someone to tell you you are fat!

i also need to find a form of exercise i can do - aerobics and the gym are out as i dislocated my knee cap 10 years ago and have been left witha floating knee cap that can pop out at any time. i love swimming but being so overweight and a rather unsightly skin complaint, that makes me look like a fresian cow , does nothing for my confidence, and does cause people to stare!

thankyou - my husband says he will help then does everything in his power to knock me off course - typical man.

Would aqua aerobics help. The water supports the joints and is recommended for a lot of people with joint injuries, strokes etc to get them moving with out the body taking all the pressure of the movements.

that sounds perfect, need to source that one out.

I used to go to one at Aylestone leisure centre which was good, but not sure where there are any others running.

I really enjoyed it and only stopped going when they went through a phase of different teachers.

at least with that aswell i wont look like a sweaty red blob, cos the water will keep me cool!!!!

Is there a leisure centre you are near?
I can look up and see if there are any classes going if you like.

i am very close to wigston swimming baths, aylestone leisure centre and enderby leisure is not that far away.

I can't find anything for Wigston pool, but Enderby have classes from 8-9 on monday and wednesday.

Aylestone have a variety of classes on wednesday, thursday and friday at a variety of times, with some single and mixed gender classes.

think to start with i would have to do women only, i dont mind getting into a swim suit when abroad cos no one knows me, but here is a different matter, especially when i look odd!

Well Aylestone will be your best bet then as they have a few women only classes. Give them a call, as they are usually pretty popular and you have to book in advance for the class.
