I've been getting better, just gradually cutting down on what i'm eating, i might even start doing the hours walk to work at the weekend.
have to put getting my digital scales on hold gor the moment tho, i've got to spend my money on getting to nottingham now.... Mad

had a pleasent suprise when they weighed me at the hospital as i am 7lb lighter than the last time i weighed my self just before christmas. only downside i will be soooo inactive over the coming weeks that i will poss put it all back on.
